CHI HAOTIAN'S SPEECH,
AUGUST 5, 2008
We received a request of
locating the original speech by Chi Haotian of the People's Liberation
Army, Vice Chairman of the Chinese Central Military Commission from
1995-2001, and State Councillor, 1993-2001. He was promoted to
full general in 1988.
In the request, we were asked
to
publish the article on this website. Haotian's language is very
strong and should be of concern to everyone in the United States.
Please be advised this is their language and admitted intent, their ideas and how they think about Americans. It is isn't controversy. This is how the CCP thinks.
On July 6, 2012, Cuba and China signed
agreements relating to the economy, trade, healthcare,
agriculture and technology. China's expanding interests in
Cuba should be of concern to every American and an issue for Floridians
in particular. China may be interested in establishing a naval
base in Cuba, as retaliation for arming the Taiwanese.
