CHINESE NAVAL BASE
IN CUBA/RUSSIA AS REAL ESTATE AGENT
Guillermo D.
Jalil, M.S.
The BLUE DELTA INVESTIGATIONS forecast of a possible future naval
base in Cuba was validated by Pravda.ru and Reuters one week later.
On July 21, 2012, our forecast stated clearly,
Castro's propaganda machine touts China's
economic prowess as a checkmate to the United States. It's
not long before Fidel and Raul invite the Chinese to develop a
naval base in Cuba. There is a concern of whether the Chinese
will arm the Cubans as retaliation for the USA arming Taiwan.
A possible Chinese naval base in Cuba poses an insidious risk to
the United States, and residents of Florida; in particular.
Although these two news sources cite Russia as the
agent interested in the naval base, Russia may be planting the seed for
China.
PUTIN:
RUSSIAN MISSILES ARE LOCATED IN CUBA
"With the full consent of the Cuban leadership, on May 11 of
this year, our country has not only resumed work in the
electronic center of Lourdes, but also placed the latest mobile
strategic nuclear missiles "Oak" on the island. They did not
want to do it the amicable way, now let them deal with this,"
Putin said."

Please be forewarned: Russia may be serving as
China's real estate agent in establishing a possible naval base in Cuba.
Consider these factors:
-
China may offer to assist Cuba into a
pseudo-capitalist economic model with unchanged political power
structures.
-
China may offer to build a free trade zone and
modern port in Cuba.
-
China may offer security measures, such as
submarines and other hardware, to protect Cuba's territorial waters.
-
China and Cuba may attempt to push and extend the
boundaries of the territorial waters once military hardware is moved
in and operational. This will serve as the platform to extend
Cuba's efforts for oil exploration.
-
Russia may enter Cuba and develop a naval base,
and perhaps sell it to China, or a joint partnership may be declared
involving China and Russia. At such time, the Russian base may
just be a proxy for the Chinese.
This is an insidious risk to residents of the United
States and especially those who live in Florida. Now that the
United States is the biggest creditor in the world, and owes trillions
to the Chinese, what will be response of the United States? In 1962, the
USA made its own products and owed nothing to China. In 1962, we
had factories, and were at the pinnacle of our political and economic
game worldwide. It's a different game in 2012. For clients
only, ask for our analysis in the Caribbean Security Report. The
Caribbean is about to undergo a substantial power shift manipulated by
China, and Russia. We anticipate a reaction unlike that of Kennedy
in the name of "global cooperation" and "global citizenship."
Additional Public Advisories Involving Cuba.
-
On July 6, 2012, Cuba and China signed
agreements relating to the economy, trade, healthcare,
agriculture and technology.
-
Cuba plans to cement an agreement with
Vietnam over rice trade. There's a debate in Cuba of
whether to emulate China or Vietnam.
